ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of Onsite Support Engineer, the candidate is expected to support the live production system.
1.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
2. Manage the live system and onsite client on day to day support activity.
3. Make sure the SLA are met with the high standard delivery and proper RCA.
4. Regular briefing with clients and backend team on problem understanding and resolution.
5. Overall incident management activities with dashboard, Traceability and incident resolution.
6. Owning and responsibility for project support with SLA.
7. Prepare knowledge base articles and share the same with team.
